This resource has been used free of charge for research and education for over 40 years. Collaborations have benefitted students and scientists from the University of Minnesota, Hamline University, Macalester College, McGill University (Montreal, Canada), University of Montreal, Rhodes College, and Iowa State University. Research and education activities have been funded by the Blandin Foundation, the Roy J. Carver Trust, the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, and the Natural Sciences and Education Research Council of Canada.

Our family has owned this land since 1906.
